Two generations of local know-how, wherever home is for you
We’re Lisa and Shawna, a mother and daughter who know the Lakes Region the way only locals can. We live just steps from the lake ourselves, but our work reaches well beyond the shoreline: across the Lakes Region and surrounding towns, and up into the White Mountains.
We started Lakeside Heritage Group because buying or selling here deserves more than a transaction. It takes someone who understands septic and well inspections, shoreland permits, old-home quirks, and second-home logistics, and who will still pick up the phone after closing.
Shawna brings a background in program and project management, so your move stays organized from first showing to final signature. Lisa brings 26 years of corporate leadership, which means clear communication, sharp negotiating, and no detail left behind.
